Student and Parent Grievance Management System
Welcome to the VVISD Grievance Management System. This system provides a formal process for students and parents to file complaints and grievances in accordance with Policy FNG(LOCAL).
The Board encourages students and parents to discuss concerns with the appropriate teacher, principal, or administrator before filing a formal grievance. Many issues can be resolved through informal discussion.
Have a suggestion, compliment, or concern? Share informal feedback with us. This is not a formal grievance.
📝Submit a Level 1 formal grievance or complaint. You will receive a case ID for tracking your complaint through the process.
